This is a self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played outdoors, in the real world. You will explore the city across 14 iconic locations while following a mystery thriller story filled with historical facts. At each location, you'll be solving a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on various elements such as monuments, graffiti, and facades. The game is mainly focused around the city centre of Aarhus and includes many locally known facts that simply cannot be found in a guidebook or a browser search.
Starting from the waterfront to the historic old town, the stops are spaced an average of around 200m apart, with each location taking around 8 minutes to complete. The route also passes through the Domkirke, the Latin Quarter, and Møllestien. At every stop, the app unlocks a new chapter and guides people to the next location.

I started with enthusiasm, but it soon cooled off when even finding the starting point was far from easy. For an hour I wandered near, only to discover that I had to go to the first stage! Then, it had a few inconsistent indications, as to look for a statue in a place where there wasn't any... Probably hidden for maintenance. The assistance was mainly by bot, that is, they can only give you standard answers to standard questions. The idea was great, but the realization was poor. I did another Questo game in Rotterdam, and it went much better (I could complete it, while here I had to give up after many hours). So probably the problem wansn't me, or, not only me.
