autentica, interessante e la migliore esperienza in Cina La nostra guida, Wenqi, è stata fantastica nell'incontrarci e nel farci sentire a nostro agio. Abbiamo trascorso insieme momenti divertenti e interessanti. Wenqi ci ha mostrato e raccontato i prodotti del mercato. Della vita quotidiana dei cinesi, della scuola, della cultura, dell'educazione, ecc. E a casa dei genitori di Wenqi siamo stati accolti calorosamente. Così ora siamo esperti nel preparare da zero la specialità di Xian: la pasta a coste larghe "BiangBiang". Il nome deriva dal suono che si produce quando si colpiscono le strisce di pasta sul tavolo per allungarle. Così come i ravioli. Abbiamo fatto l'impasto da soli, partendo da zero. Abbiamo fatto una festa e una bella gara a chi riusciva a fare la pasta più lunga. I nostri gnocchi erano forse un po' grandi, ma avevano un sapore fantastico. Oltre a tutto il resto del cibo preparato dalla madre di Wenqi. Ci siamo divertiti molto a mangiare insieme.
