authentic, interesting and best experience in China Our guide, Wenqi, was fantastic at meeting us and making us feel comfortable. We had both fun and interesting time together. Wenqi showed us and told us about the products at the market. About the Chinese people's daily life, school, culture, upbringing etc. And at Wenqi's parents' house we were warmly welcomed. So now we are experts in making Xian's specialty from scratch: the wide-ribbed pasta "BiangBiang". Named after the sound when you hit pasta strips on the table to make them longer. As well as dumplings. We made the dough ourselves from scratch. We had a party and a nice competition about who could make the longest pasta. Our dumplings may have been a bit big, but they tasted fantastic. In addition to all the other food that Wenqi's mother made. We had a great time eating together.
