Reseñas de Clientes
We got picked up in the old city and taken to a local bakery, where we had a chance to learn about the history of bread making and how the habits have changed in society today. And of course the chance to roll out our own bread and toss it into the tandir oven which was a lot of fun. Bread is such a big part of Uzbek culture and it was a lot of fun to be a part of it for even a small moment!
I really liked and enjoy the experience. Is basically watching an Uzbek woman cooking bread and enjoying amazing good local food with the guides. If expecting a classic masterclass consider that you won't prepare the dough and you won't touch the tandir oven. The price asked was a bit more or what said in freetour, this for the lunch.
Beautiful experience! We were guests in a house in Khiva to follow the preparation and baking of bread. Very good and nice guy who accompanied us,very knowledgeable.
