A minha excursão estava planeada para as 9h00 e às 7h00 recebi um e-mail de cancelamento a explicar que a reserva tinha sido feita demasiado tarde (no dia anterior) e que a excursão tinha sido adiada. Por conseguinte, como ia partir nesse dia, tive de cancelar a excursão. Ninguém me deu uma solução alternativa (outra excursão, guia privado,...) e o tempo de resposta foi muito longo.
