My tour was planned at 9am and at 7am I received a cancellation email explaining that the booking was done too late (the previous day) and that the tour was postponed. Therefore, as I was leaving on that day, I had to cancel the tour. No one gave me an alternative solution (other tour, private guide,...) and the time of response was very long.
