Bienvenue à la visite complète de Séville ! Le guide vous attendra dans C/ Fray Ceferino González (adresse), à côté de la Croix (en face de "Archivo de Indias"), avec le parapluie orange.
Le premier arrêt de la visite sera l'Alcazar royal de Séville, alors n'ayez pas peur de la longue file d'attente. Avec cette visite guidée, vous pouvez couper la file d'attente.
Dans l'Alcazar, 75 minutes seront consacrées à la découverte de ses petits secrets et de ses salles arabes médiévales. Voici quelques-uns des points forts que vous découvrirez :
-Palais mudéjar : construit au 14ème, il est la preuve du mélange des cultures qui ont vécu dans cette ville.
-Palais gothique : vous y découvrirez d'étonnantes tapisseries anciennes du XVIIIe siècle.
-Patio del Yeso (la cour en stuc) : il a été construit au 12e siècle, c'est pourquoi le plâtre arabe andalou est visible sur tous les murs.
-Jardins : pleins de fleurs, de fontaines et d'animaux. Ces jardins sont les plus anciens de la ville.
Après un peu de temps libre pour prendre des photos de l'endroit et l'apprécier, il est temps de se rendre à la cathédrale.

The guide was phenomenal. But not the organization If you can't show everything because there are things that prevent it, don't charge so much for a tour. The guide did very well, she is not to blame that the organization only thinks about the money.
It seems like the company is releasing tickets on this website and also selling on different channels. We bought 5 tickets costing us €245 and received a confirmation email. 2h later someone from the Tour company told us they don’t have any space for us and that we should ask for a refund through free tour.com. Their excuse was that they needed all 5 of our names & ID numbers however this is not prompted ANYWHERE! On top of that, I tried to call them and they never picked up the phone. Then had the audacity to inform me they won’t accept us. They basically sold our tickets to someone else. Horrible experience, completely ruined our day and very poor customer focus. I work in hospitality myself, I was kindly trying to find a middle ground by rescheduling our entire day and join their other tour, which was not allowed. I know these things may happen but you simply don’t overbook yourself. Poor management. Revenue-thirsty company.
A bit of a wait at the beginning of the tour and the sound on the headset is not good. Although the cathedral is large, the tour missed out on many parts of the cathedral that we could see other tour groups going to. The Alcazar tour also felt a bit rush.
El impresionante este tour, y si o si tiene que ser con guía ya que gracia a eso, sabes lo que realmente estás viendo. Fue todo muy bien, la pena que ese día hubiera mucha gente, pero aún así fue genial. 100% Recomendable. Eso sí, recomendaría hacerlos por separado un día Alcázar y otro Catedral, para cuando termine la visita, poder quedarte un rato a recorrerlos con calma, ya que realmente necesitan mucho tiempo para poder ver todo.
