Guided Tour of Seville: Alcázar & Cathedral
Aperçu du circuit
Welcome to the completed tour of Seville! The guide will be waiting in C/ Fray Ceferino González (address), next to the Cross (in front of “Archivo de Indias”), with the orange umbrella.
The first stop of the tour will be the Royal Alcazar of Sevilla, so don’t be afraid of the long line. With this guided tour, you can cut the line.
Within the Alcazar, 75 minutes will be spent in order to discover its little secrets and its medieval Arabic rooms. Some of the highlights that you are going to discover are:
-Mudejar Palace: built in the 14th, it is proof of the mix of cultures that lived in this city.
-Gothic Palace: where you will discover some astonishing old tapestry from the 18th century.
-Patio del Yeso (The Stucco Courtyard): it was built in the 12th, which is why the Andalusian Arabic plasterwork is seen in all the walls.
-Gardens: full of flowers, fountains, and animals. These gardens are the oldest ones in the city.
After some free time to take pictures of the place and enjoy it, it is time to head to the Cathedral.

Great a very enjoyable and fun tour, we loved it, a Valencian from Seville The guide was amazing, very cool everything, we recommend it 100% THANK YOU
The guide was phenomenal. But not the organization If you can't show everything because there are things that prevent it, don't charge so much for a tour. The guide did very well, she is not to blame that the organization only thinks about the money.
It seems like the company is releasing tickets on this website and also selling on different channels. We bought 5 tickets costing us €245 and received a confirmation email. 2h later someone from the Tour company told us they don’t have any space for us and that we should ask for a refund through free tour.com. Their excuse was that they needed all 5 of our names & ID numbers however this is not prompted ANYWHERE! On top of that, I tried to call them and they never picked up the phone. Then had the audacity to inform me they won’t accept us. They basically sold our tickets to someone else. Horrible experience, completely ruined our day and very poor customer focus. I work in hospitality myself, I was kindly trying to find a middle ground by rescheduling our entire day and join their other tour, which was not allowed. I know these things may happen but you simply don’t overbook yourself. Poor management. Revenue-thirsty company.
A bit of a wait at the beginning of the tour and the sound on the headset is not good. Although the cathedral is large, the tour missed out on many parts of the cathedral that we could see other tour groups going to. The Alcazar tour also felt a bit rush.
