Guided Tour of Segovia: Cathedral & Alcázar

We’ll begin our tour at Plaza del Azoguejo, across from the imposing Roman aqueduct—an enduring symbol of Segovia and the perfect starting point for exploring the city.
From there, we’ll walk down the lively Calle Real until we reach Plaza Medina del Campo, surrounded by Renaissance palaces. We’ll continue through the Jewish Quarter, with its narrow alleys and Plaza del Corpus, where we’ll learn about the historical legacy of the Jewish community in the city.
We’ll then arrive at Segovia Cathedral, the majestic “Lady of Cathedrals,” where we’ll discover the elegance of its late Gothic style and its artistic treasures.
We’ll continue along Calle Marqués del Arco, lined with shops and traditional crafts, to Plaza de la Merced. Next, we’ll stroll through the Barrio de las Canonjías, Segovia’s historic ecclesiastical quarter.
We’ll end at the Alcázar of Segovia, a fairytale-like fortress steeped in history, legends, kings, and spectacular panoramic views—the perfect finale to this experience.

El nostre guia, en Jaime s'ha explicat molt bé, Tant en l'Alcázar com en la Catedral. Ha estat un guia molt amable i agradable. Però, creiem que a la visita li falta uns 30 minuts més. El temps d'una hora a cada edifici, més els desplaçaments...etc. És una mica just. Així i tot, felicitar al Jaime per les seves explicacions i la seva amabilitat.
