Die Reiseleiterin weigert sich, uns mitzunehmen, weil wir angeblich "nicht angemeldet" sind und ihre Gruppe voll ist! Meine Reservierung von 84 Euro, die ich zwei Wochen vor der Reise vorgenommen hatte, wurde nicht an Cordoba weitergeleitet. Die 84 Euro wurden jedoch abgebucht! Ich stehe also mit meinem Freund mit dem Schnabel im Wasser. Ich wusste, dass die Reiseleiterin alle Tickets für diese Tour in ihrem Besitz hatte. Die Reiseleiter, die vor Ort auf andere Gruppen warten, können uns nicht helfen. Wir gingen also zur Agentur, wo uns die Mitarbeiterin an Free tour verwies. Com Sie sagt uns, dass sie nichts für uns tun könne, es sei nicht ihre Schuld, sondern die von Free Tour. Die nächste Tour auf Französisch findet erst nächste Woche statt. Wir wissen, dass wir unsere Reiseroute in Andalusien nach diesem Termin für die Führung ausgerichtet haben. Das war ein schlechter Start in den Urlaub, da wir um 84 Euro betrogen wurden.
