Estou a pedir um reembolso por esta atividade, que não obtive! Quando chegámos às 9h30 da manhã em frente ao Palácio dos Reis de Alcázar, a guia recusou-se a receber-nos porque supostamente não estávamos "registados" e o seu grupo estava cheio! A minha reserva de 84 euros, efectuada duas semanas antes da viagem, não foi transmitida a Córdova. No entanto, cobraram-me os 84 euros! Assim, encontro-me com a minha amiga numa situação difícil. Sabendo que o guia tinha todos os bilhetes para esta visita. Os guias que estavam no local à espera de outros grupos não podiam ajudar-nos. Dirigimo-nos então à agência, onde o responsável nos indicou a Free Tour. Com Disse-nos que não podia fazer nada por nós, que a culpa não era dela, mas da Free Tour. A visita seguinte em francês não tinha bilhetes. A próxima excursão em francês só se realiza na próxima semana. Sabendo que tínhamos planeado o nosso itinerário na Andaluzia em torno da data desta visita guiada. Começámos mal, depois de termos sido enganados em 84 euros.
