Visita guiada à Segunda Guerra Mundial em
Gdańsk
Visão Geral do Tour

The guide was good at his job, but this tour was not his field. First we were told 2 days before that the tour was changed due to personal problems of the guide (we took it on a Monday and it turns out that on Mondays the museums are closed, we realized that later, we began to suspect), so far so good, we had to move several things because the museum said it was a mandatory visit and we got it. The day arrives, we could see that the guide was good, but not in the field of WW2. He made several mistakes from the first moment, he put in all his stuff but he himself saw that he was not up to the task. He gave us a tour of the museum, explaining things but without detail or depth, he just talked. Three and twenty hours later, when we finished the museum the poor man was exhausted, then it was when we ourselves told him that it was over, to go to the post office and to the shipyards we would find our own way, because the poor man could see that he could not go any further. I repeat, the guide was fine, but not on this subject. Then we realized that the guide does not appear as a guide on the tour page. Then it was when we tied the ends, the museums were on Mondays, we were offered the visit on Monday, then they realized that it was closed and in order not to return the money they offered us a quick and last minute change, the official guides of this tour would be busy / resting and took another guide who was given the material in photocopies and poorly done (besides bringing only a copy of the documentation that he wanted to give us as a guide for the tour) to get out of trouble. This tour with this operator I do not recommend it, the entrance to the museum costs about 6/7 euros, an audio guide will cost about the same and surely it is better and more detailed than what this operator offers. For 45€ per person I was not happy with the service. I hope it helps and no one takes this tour with this operator
