The 90-minute feast is a seamless fusion of dining and performance. As you savor an eight-course royal Sichuan banquet, each dish is timed to coincide with a specific performance — a multi-sensory experience where food and art become one. The menu reads like a history book: “Jianjian Tieluo” (Crispy Lamb Chops) honors the loyalty of General Ba Manzi; “Guifei Black Tiger Shrimp” recalls the legendary lychee delivery route; and the signature Hua Li Yan Ji Dou Hua — a silky chicken-based soup — has earned a spot on the “Yu Wei 360 Bowls” culinary list. All dishes are served on period-appropriate bronze and ceramic vessels, with each course presented as a ceremonial ritual.
