I bought a ticket and when I took to the plaza the group was not there , I called the consumer number that was on the booking confirmation in my email , and they told me that tickets had been sold online but there really were no tickets that were there , very delisuionating and very sad ????.

Sam was an enthusiastic tour guide. He was dealing with a lot of people (the group was probably too big) and some families who were not paying very much attention to the tour. Part of that had to do with audio gear that wasn’t in great condition-the audio was a bit fuzzy and he had to speak directly into the microphone. I chose to stand close to him so I could hear without the audio and that worked well for me. It was a well guided tour with lots of information presented in an interesting way. My slight issues were out of control of the guide and mostly had to do with the audio equipment. I didn’t love that they used the type of audio guide with disposable headphones-I had been using other types in Spain that hooked over the ear and could be re-used.

They accepted the purchase and charged the card and then canceled me because there are no places available! Very bad process
