Come viaggiatrice solitaria ho trascorso una giornata straordinaria a Istanbul guidata da Unsal. Oltre ai luoghi turistici come Santa Sofia, il Palazzo Topkapi nel bellissimo Parco Gülhane e la Cisterna delle Basiliche, ho avuto modo di esplorare anche una zona più tranquilla intorno alla moschea Laleli. Unsal ha attirato la mia attenzione su molti dettagli che altrimenti avrei trascurato e mi ha spiegato i collegamenti tra le varie epoche storiche. Nel grande bazar ho colto l'occasione per acquistare una sciarpa di alta qualità. Durante il tragitto ci siamo fermati in diversi posti carini per assaggiare il delizioso caffè turco, il tè, il succo di melograno/arancia appena spremuto, il pide e la baklava. Raccomando assolutamente di prenotare questo tour con Unsal, che non solo è una guida entusiasta, ma ha anche una grande e calorosa personalità.
