We went on this tour with Natalia, and it was our first time visiting Jaén. It was a lot of fun, and we really enjoyed all the legends she told us. Plus, it’s a great way to get to know the city, since we walked through downtown and saw the most important sites while learning fun facts about the city and fantastic legends. Natalia was very attentive, and it’s a pleasure to go on a tour with someone who enjoys her work so much and knows her city so well. A real pleasure!

The star rating is intended to be neutral, it has not let me leave it unchecked. It is not meant to belittle the tour which we are sure will be good. Less than 3 hours later the free tour was cancelled. We were offered to do it the next day but we were no longer going to be in the city. The truth is that it was a shame because we were left without knowing what to do, the tourist office was closed and we could only see the cathedral from the outside. We understand that there are force majeure causes that make the guides unable to keep their appointments but we think that there should be some kind of alternative for customers (this visit was prepaid) to have an alternative, some explanatory video with sites to visit and some history of them, recommendation of tours with brief resellas of the sites that will be seen in its path. I don't know, something that doesn't leave us like we did, lost in an unknown city. Three days later we still have not received the refund of the amount paid for the service.
