Conocer la Historia de la Humanidad desde sus orígenes hace millones de años es posible sin salir de Londres. Con nuestro Tour por el Museo Británico podrá descubrir, de la mano de un guía oficial y experto en la materia, las principales piezas de las culturas más destacadas que han poblado nuestro planeta.
Comenzaremos nuestra visita en el exterior, en la entrada del museo, donde veremos su parecido con algunos edificios de la Grecia Clásica, y nos trasladaremos a la Sala de la Ilustración, la más antigua del museo, que alberga una colección de más de 60.000 libros del Rey Jorge III.
Seguiremos avanzando para sumergirnos en la cultura del Antiguo Egipto, donde conoceremos todos los detalles de los ritos funerarios egipcios y nuestro viaje al pasado continuará hacia la civilización asiria.
La griega ha sido otra de las culturas que han dejado un gran legado histórico. Continuando nuestra visita, podremos encontrar una parte importante de la estructura del Partenón de Atenas.
Finalizaremos nuestra visita descubriendo varias piezas de los aztecas tras haber conocido Hoa Hakananai'a, un moai de la Isla de Pascua de más de dos metros de altura.

Escaleras de la entrada principal del museo (en Great Russell Street, frente al Starbucks), tras pasar el control de seguridad. (Metro: Holborn). Busca un guía con paraguas o bandera verde-azulado con el nombre de Paseando por Europa.

They tell us to use an app on WhatsApp. When the guide arrives, she tells us that the app doesn't work, which turned out to be true. They should have devices that work on their own.
This tour did not include entry to the museum, and it was not made clear in any comms. I emailed and called with no response still 24 hours later. Was excited to see this museum! The museum staff mentioned they’ve had many people with this issue as well and feel awful they’re out £24. I’ve used free tour in other cities and it’s been great, but won’t be in the future from this experience.
The guide showed up late and ran off half an hour earlier than what the tour was scheduled for. The guide was very sweet and knowledgable but his English was unfortunately not above a B2 level. It was sometimes difficult to understand his pronunciation.
I would have liked the tour to be a little longer because of the large number of objects to be found there.
He explained everything phenomenal. He gave us a complete and very entertaining guide.
