Knowing the History of Humanity since its origins millions of years ago is possible without leaving London. With our British Museum Tour you can discover, with the help of an official guide and expert in the field, the main pieces of the most important cultures that have populated our planet.
We will begin our visit outside, at the entrance of the museum, where we will see its resemblance to some buildings of Classical Greece, and we will move to the Hall of Enlightenment, the oldest of the museum, which houses a collection of more than 60,000 books of King George III.
We will move on to immerse ourselves in the culture of Ancient Egypt, where we will learn all the details of Egyptian funerary rites and our journey into the past will continue to the Assyrian civilization.
The Greeks have been another of the cultures that have left a great historical legacy. Continuing our visit, we will find an important part of the structure of the Parthenon of Athens.
We will end our visit discovering several pieces of the Aztecs after having met Hoa Hakananai'a, a moai of Easter Island of more than two meters high.

Escaleras de la entrada principal del museo (en Great Russell Street, frente al Starbucks), tras pasar el control de seguridad. (Metro: Holborn). Busca un guía con paraguas o bandera verde-azulado con el nombre de Paseando por Europa.

Nos dicen que utilicemos una app en un wasap. Al llegar la guia nos dice que la app no funciona, cosa que fue cierta. Deberian tener dispositivos autonomis que funcionen.
Esta visita no incluía la entrada al museo, y no se aclaró en ninguna comunicación. Envié un correo electrónico y llamé por teléfono, pero 24 horas después seguía sin recibir respuesta. ¡Tenía muchas ganas de ver este museo! El personal del museo mencionó que han tenido muchas personas con este mismo problema y se sienten muy mal por haberles hecho perder 24 libras. He utilizado visitas gratuitas en otras ciudades y han sido estupendas, pero después de esta experiencia no volveré a hacerlo.
El guía llegó tarde y se marchó media hora antes de lo previsto en el programa de la visita. El guía era muy amable y conocedor, pero, por desgracia, su nivel de inglés no superaba el B2. A veces resultaba difícil entender su pronunciación.
Me hubiera gustado que fuera un poco más largo el Tour por la gran cantidad de objetos que se encuentran ahí.
Nos explicó todo fenomenal. Nos hizo una guía completa y muy amena.
