This is a self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played through the ancient streets of Oslo. You will explore 11 different locations while playing as a Viking king returned from the dead searching for a forgotten war tied to the royal family. At each location, you'll solve a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on monuments, graffiti, and facades. The route hugs the Old Town, blending real history with rumors only longtime residents know. Perfect for history buffs, mythology fans and urban explorers.

Starting from the city center, the stops are spaced an average of around 450m apart, with each location taking around 7 min to complete. The route also passes through Christiania Torv, Nobel Peace Center and City Hall (Rådhuset). At each location, you'll solve a challenge and receive instructions for the next chapter.

DISCLAIMER: You will explore by yourself using the Questo app on your phone. No physical guide or stranger groups will be involved. The full route covers approximately 5 km (3.1 mi) and takes around 1:15h to complete. You can play it any day, at any time. Languages available: EN, DE.
