If you buy the ticket directly at the yellow counter, the excursion costs €10 less.
I don't think they will publish it, I will do it through another channel. Above all, no one should make the reservation through the internet in advance. If you do it will cost you 40€ per person, if you go the same day it will cost you 25-30. As for the guide, there are hundreds of things to explain, but she is limited to 8-10 comments throughout the day, not only that, but they are very brief and concise, if you want to know something about the tour you will not know it. Francesca's only skill is reading languages, the rest is zero empathy with everyone. You don't see anything, Murano they take you to the factory, which is ok, but then you have 20 minutes to see the island, so you don't see it, in Butano they leave you more time, but as you have to eat, you have another 16-20 minutes, a pity. Torcello is better not to go, only if you go to eat, the church and the museum, with all there is to see in Venice, is totally dispensable, do not go. There is a guy that if you don't want to play along he won't let you wait on the boat, but well, he is where he is at his age. Finally, a cabin boy who is not able to pick up the moorings correctly and laughs at the customers. When he loses this job he will probably become just another Nini. All the customers I spoke to had a similar opinion. Our advice, go to Murano and Butano but not organized at least with this company, go because it is worth it, but to go with time and not with them, you do not see anything!!!
All good except that on the ticket and the ad it says that it includes the basilica of Torcello and it is not, you must also pay entrance fee, well that they do not indicate it then. Thank you.
It was all languages managed by the same guide but it didn’t go wrong… well organized and the guide Marina was very nice
Matte was amazing and really energetic. We loved it.
