It was a little hard to figure where to go following the map as the dot of your location wasn't very accurate or kept jumping around but it did take you to the main sights so it was helpful and the commentary was interesting.
The Mobile Guide gave me a great tour of Carcassonne. The information about the fortress was very informative and entertaining. Don’t let the two scheduled times confuse you—the tour works even outside those times. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the guide who was supposed to lead the tour inside the castle.
I don't understand why you have to start at a specific time......
The historical content and background was good, but the experience was marred by constant plugs of other TouringBee tours, some practical issues (e.g. talking about the bridge ‘currently’ being crossed which was actually two stops earlier on the tour) and the occasional patronising commentary such as ‘you might wonder about the calibre of a collection in a small provincial museum’. Overall a good introduction to the history of the city but the tone could use some reviewing
I had a small problem with the application, but it was solved very quickly, everything was very well explained by Carcassonne ..... I highly recommend it.
