Ludwyn war ein großartiger Reiseleiter – sehr kompetent und freundlich. Man merkte ihm seine Begeisterung für Bogotá deutlich an, und er sprach ausgezeichnetes Englisch. Auf der Website könnte deutlicher darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Tour zwar einen „Abholservice“ beinhaltet, dieser jedoch nicht den Transport umfasst. Vielmehr trifft sich der Reiseleiter gerne am Hotel, doch die Kosten für den Transport nach Candelaria sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Dennoch war es ein toller Tag und ein großartiges Erlebnis.
