I am very disappointed with the tour. First of all, i booked to do It in spanish and It turned out to be in english. Few if the spots to be visited were Closed, no New place was chosen instead. The guide was not enjoying his job. He was giving very simple and extremelly short explanations. He answered the questions with no interest or showing any further knowledge of the culture. I was very disappointed. I am very experienced with tours around the world. I travel for a living and i must day that for the high price of the tour i was very disappointed. No way i Will recommend this tour to anyone.
We paid 65e each for a tour in Spanish and they did it in English. When we asked the guide he told us that these things happen and there are more failures than we think, that was his solution. We booked the Tour on Sunday by Internet to do it on Monday morning, they sent us an email to tell us that the Palace is closed and they change it for a walk along the Bosphorus. But when we started the tour they told us that this is on Tuesdays, that on Mondays Sophia is closed and we were not going to see it. The guide explained little, we saw guides in the area who stopped more to comment on details and ours did everything very superficial. We do not recommend it.
The guide was very correct and very fast, running all day long. We arrived late because we were not picked up at the hotel, as we had been told.
