We had an amazing experience on the tour! Our guides, James and Lista, were outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and shared Namibia's history in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. By the end of the tour we felt we had gained a much deeper understanding of Windhoek, Namibia's history, and everyday life. The highlight for us was visiting Katutura. It was an eye-opening and authentic experience that gave us a completely different perspective on the city. James and Lista made us feel welcome everywhere we went and encouraged us to fully experience the local culture. We loved trying traditional food and local drinks and meeting people along the way. It never felt like we were just observing, but that we were genuinely included in the experience. The tour perfectly combines history, culture, and daily life. The guides (Lista and James) provided us with a very authentical tour to the Katutura township. Both were very friendly and eager to answer our questions. There could be an improvement by giving a more comprehensive briefing about Katutura at the beginning of the tour. On the freetour homepage the paying conditions (cash and/or card) for the main amount at the tour should be better outlined. Overall, we recommend this tour!
