The Coliseo Arena is excellent, traditional, typical of the locals. It's not, like its competitor, an arena designed for tourists. It's a small, welcoming place, where the visitors seem to know each other. There was a main guide (assisted by another guide - whose name I can't remember now) who was exceptional. We first went to Piazza Garibaldi and went to a small bar, where we were served several jugs of pulque, as well as 3 groups of singers, one representing different regions of the country, as we were told. then we walked to the Colosseum Arena. Unfortunately, we arrived very late and were only able to see two of the fights as they were soon over. At the Colosseum Arena we were served beer and masks. All included in the tour. We were given explanations and directions the whole time. I think the time we left or spent in the bar could have been changed so that we could enjoy the fight a little more. But I can say that the tour is not to be missed.
Excellent logistics, first you enter a local bar full of atmosphere, they give you a taste of pulque and local beers, there is live music and people dancing everywhere, then follows the best part: the fight, being an incredible and exciting show, the guides never leave you alone, and are always willing to explain absolutely everything. Super recommended.
I really liked the tour, the guide is fun, energetic and explains very well what Mexican wrestling is all about, I recommend it to have a good time and have fun
The tour was very good, but there were problems with the reservation: - We booked for Saturday, but there was no tour on Saturday, thank God we had another tour with this company and managed to coordinate to go on Friday. I don't know if it was a problem with the freetours platform or with the Experiencia Mexico company. The experience was fine, but out of the 4 hours promised it was only 2:30, and we did not get the pulque that the tour indicated.
I tried to book this tour but there was never an email ore something what confirmed my booking. Also had no bookings on my bank account. So something went wrong. :( Was no problem for us. We went there by our own and buyed the tickets there. The show was super nice and we enjoyed it without a guide.
