Your journey begins with a warm welcome and a short introduction to Ethiopia’s rich culinary traditions before we dive into the heart of Addis Ababa’s vibrant food scene.

Our first stop is a beloved local restaurant famous for its shiro wot and flavorful vegan dishes — a perfect introduction to Ethiopia’s diverse cuisine. Next, we’ll visit a traditional meat house to sample some of the country’s best beef, served raw (tere siga) or fried (tibs), paired perfectly with a cold local beer.

We’ll finish our adventure at a lively local bar, where you can unwind with a glass of tej (Ethiopian honey wine) or a refreshing traditional beer, soaking in the rhythms and warmth of local life.
