Experience one of the local wet market in Hong Kong. Buy fresh ingredients together.
· Kitchen
Walk 5-10 minutes to a shared kitchen. Aprons on.
· Cook Three Dishes
-Smashed cucumber salad (garlic, vinegar etc)
-Boiled dumplings – pork or veggie, juicy inside
-Hong Kong red bean ice with evaporated milk
· Eat Together
Enjoy the meal you made.
· End
Take recipes home.
