Because of the demonstration, tour had to be shorten.
Our guide spoke good English. He new a lot about the history and could answer all the questions that we had. He was polite and funny. He showed us the old monuments in the city, and the modern stuff aswell. He also took us to a great viewpoint. It took almost 2 hours that was a great period of time to be walking around the city.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, engaging and kind, he made us discover life and the city. We surely recomend the tour and the guide! ????
Owing to a special event that was taking place ,in downtown Durres, we knew we would not arrive on time for our tour. Franco waited for us and then took us around for an enjoyable and informative tour of Durres’ and Albanian history. At the end of the two hours, we were prepared to see if we could find a taxi, although the city was still celebrating high school graduation parties and there was a lot of traffic. Franco generously offered to drive us to our hotel although it was out of the way for him. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
We booked the guided tour through Dürres and had a great time with many informations, funny moments and impressive buildings and roman structures. Franko is very friendly and speaks perfekt english. We recommend it!
