Policies

We need Credit Card details for every reservation (last minute included)
The guest can cancel the reservation 7 days prior to arrival free of charge. If cancelled later 50% of the full amount will be charged. In case of a No Show 100% of the full amount will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Free! One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per person per night in a child's cot/crib.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
