On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a local family and introduced to their daily life and traditions. Together, you will learn how to prepare some of Uzbekistan’s most beloved dishes – from the art of making plov to preparing fresh salads and local side dishes. Under the guidance of your hosts, you will cook step by step using fresh, seasonal ingredients straight from the garden.
After the cooking class, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, sharing stories and laughter with your hosts in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You’ll also have the chance to explore the village, walk through its quiet streets, and experience the genuine simplicity of rural life, something very different from the city.
