Extraordinary Amsterdam and surroundings
The boat ride is very bad, audio guide extremely synthetic. Captain of the boat only in English.
Eli was an attentive guide, very knowledgeable and attentive to the group. Spectacular. We also bought the cruise. 1. It was not in Spanish 2. There were no audio guides. They give you to scan a qr code that does not work. Shameful. 3. Not enough room
Very good tour, with excellent explanations by the guide Patricia, who was attentive to everything. And she answered very kindly to questions. We learned a lot and enjoyed wonderful places. Great to know something other than the city. Comment for improvement: do not wait so long for those who are late in arriving, it delays everything. Best regards.
The tour is very complete, very entertaining and the content of this unbeatable. But the top was, without a doubt, our guide Facundo, he explained everything very well, he made us laugh a lot and made the visits even more entertaining, he was very close and friendly. THANK YOU FACUNDO! The only downside was the boat tour through the canals as the audio guide is on your cell phone via a qr and we had no headphones or anything to hear it better, and then the captain of the boat was telling many curious facts about Amsterdam but only in English, the audio guide comments 7 specific places and the captain was telling things throughout the trip apart from those 7 places, which I missed because I did not speak English when we chose the option in Spanish.
