Your guide welcomes you at Mahabandoola Park, the perfect starting point for a journey beyond the usual city sights. As we head to Pansodan Jetty, get a lively introduction to Yangon’s rich history and everyday life. At the jetty, board a local ferry, where vendors, ferry workers, and commuters create a vibrant atmosphere. Chat with locals, capture the energy, or simply enjoy the ride across the Yangon River to Dala.

Dala welcomes you with a peaceful, laid-back charm. Instead of cars and traffic, trishaws weave through quiet village roads under shady trees. Hop on one and explore, meeting friendly locals, artisans, and small business owners keeping traditions alive. Visit a spring roll sheet-making workshop, where skilled hands craft delicate sheets used in local snacks.

If we're lucky, we might witness a festival or traditional wedding, offering a glimpse into Myanmar’s community spirit. As the day winds down, we take the ferry back to Yangon, leaving with warm encounters, unforgettable stories, and a deeper appreciation for Dala’s simple beauty.
