Our adventure begins with a visit to the iconic Qarawiyyin Mosque, home to the world’s oldest university. On the way, we’ll explore the historic Madrasa Attarrin, a distinguished Quranic school. Afterward, we’ll head to the African Mausoleum, marking the gateway to Fes’ enchanting maze of narrow streets.

As we wander through these winding alleys, you’ll witness traditional Moroccan cooking and bread-making techniques up close. We’ll then arrive at the famous Tannerie, where you’ll learn about the ancient craft of leather-making alongside artisans working with copper and Moroccan antiques.
