During the itinerary, we visited some of the most interesting places that will help us get to know this beautiful city in more detail:

1. Market Square.
The Marktplatz is the historic heart of Aachen, a place full of life.
2. Aachen Cathedral (Aachener Dom).
This cathedral is one of the most important monuments in Germany, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
3. The Money Fountain.
You can admire this peculiar fountain depicting various figures who appear to be arguing or chatting, an example of the city's satirical style.
4. The Elisenbrunnen.
A historic thermal spring that is still active. This area also features a beautiful garden (Elisengarten) where you can take a short stroll.
5. The Klenke Monument.
Over time, the Klenke gesture has become a symbol of local identity, used by the inhabitants of Aachen.
6. Statue of the Bahkauv.
The Bahkauv is described as a kind of aquatic monster, with an appearance that combines features of various animals.
7. Fountain of the Dolls.
It is not just a modern monument, but also reflects important aspects of Aachen's identity.
