This is the first time I've used this service, and I was quite satisfied, even though at times it wasn't so easy to locate the places or buildings that were being described as we went along; on other similar occasions, there was someone at the tour starting point handing out audio guides with headphones (unfortunately, I had forgotten mine, so I had to use the speakerphone). Also, on those occasions, the locations matching the description were marked with a sign displaying the same number as in the audio description, making it easier to match them up.

This app is easy to use and has been really helpful.

I found it very useful because it provides both a map of the city and a route to follow, while explaining the most important landmarks. Easy and intuitive to use, it’s very convenient because you can pause the narration and/or replay it at any time. My only criticism is that I would have preferred more detailed descriptions of the interiors of the churches (contents, frescoes), but perhaps that’s just my personal preference.
