Route: Hiking trail to Pedra do Telégrafo (1500 meters), Pedra do Telégrafo, Panoramic, Grumari, Prainha, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Barra da Tijuca, and São Conrado.

Children: Only 10 years old are allowed.

Recommendations: Bring water, sunscreen, and repellent. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes for walking (approximately 50 minutes on foot, with some steep stretches, medium difficulty level).
