This tour was a great experience; the content was really in-depth, and the guide was very knowledgeable about the subject, so even though it was pouring rain, he made the tour enjoyable and very educational.
Although our guide seemed to know the subject matter, the tour was very disorganized and even seemed improvised. He didn't seem to have the information organized; he kept mixing things up or searching for the right words to express himself, so we kept getting lost. His tone of voice didn’t help such a large group follow the story either. Every now and then, you realized he was speaking to a smaller group and that you’d missed the information. I don’t think the content was what I expected; the tour felt long to me, I was left wanting to know more, and I ended up zoning out.
There was no record of our reservation. We were not notified that we had to purchase tickets to enter the castle. We were forced to abandon the tour
Very unfortunate management. We had a tour scheduled at 13:00. With our ticket purchased for the castle and at the same time of the tour the guide told us that it was canceled due to lack of tourists. It is unfortunate. Thanks to the kindness of the guide. She freely accompanied us to the castle.
The guide Andrea was exceptional, she made the tour very entertaining. 100% recommendable!
