The site is about two and a half hours from Marrakech. Out of the whole group, only my brother and I spoke Spanish, and our guide, Khalid, took special care of us and paid us special attention; he always gave us directions in our language, even though most of the group spoke French and English. The place is incredible—it’s definitely worth a visit.
It says it includes boat ride and they charged us separately for the guide and the boat ride. I had to pay cash to the driver. The driver tried to rip me off. I have charged him in euros and he wants to pay me back in dirhams. He told me to get off the bus and take a cab I am going to file a complaint with the police Unbelievable!!!
It’s a great option if you want to visit some amazing waterfalls. That’s the place! Just consider that the price doesn’t include tips and boat trip (optional). The guide was great and the views are incredible!
It is highly recommended, an excursion that, despite lasting 10 hours. It is short. The driver, the guide and the boatman are all three a 10, nice, polite and friendly with the group. Lots of interesting information and an unforgettable day. I thought the excursion would include guide and boat ride and when we arrived at the place they charged it separately. For 5€ per person, it is worth it !!!!
Everything was very good. The guides were very kind and attentive at all times. They have explained us every expense that has existed in the excursion.
