Start your day with convenient pickup in Naples and travel comfortably by modern, air-conditioned minibus to the world-famous Archaeological Site of Pompeii. With skip-the-line tickets included, explore the ruins on a guided walking tour or with an audioguide lasting approximately two hours. Walk through remarkably preserved streets, villas, temples, and frescoed houses while learning about daily Roman life before the catastrophic eruption of 79 AD.
After the Pompeii visit, enjoy a light Italian lunch before continuing to the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. No French-speaking guide, despite the promise… and the price! It was very hard to understand what the guide was saying (in English) in the van. Lunch was okay, but nothing special.
