This is a self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played outdoors, in the real world. You will explore Milan across 10 iconic locations while following a Gothic crime tale through shadowy alleys. At each location, you'll be solving a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on various elements such as monuments, graffiti, and facades. The game is mainly focused around the city center of Milan and includes many locally known facts that simply cannot be found in a guidebook or a browser search.

Starting from the historic city center, the stops are spaced an average of around 350m apart, with each location taking around 9 min to complete. The route also passes through Casa Atellani, Imperial Palace of Maximian, Palazzo Carmagnola, and Cripta di San Sepolcro. At every stop, the app unlocks a new chapter and guides people to the next location.

The full route covers approximately 3.3 km and takes around 1h 30min to complete. You can play it any day, at any time.
