Day Trip: Sofia - Nis, Serbia
Resumen del Tour
Your guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Sofia at 08:00 am. After approximately 2 hours drive we will reach our first stop.
During this day tour, you will travel through history with the professional lead of your guide. Our journey through time will start from the Roman period when Nis gave to the world one great man – The Roman Emperor Constantine the Great. Then we will continue through the Middle Ages and the period of Ottoman rule which left constructions like the Nis Fortress and the Skull Tower – a symbol of the struggle for freedom and independence from the Ottomans, as well as a representation of the violence of the time. In the end, we will pay attention to Modern history and the period of Nazi occupation of former Yugoslavia, visiting the Nazi Concentration Camp. Of course after all the impressions that you get, it will be time for some rest. You will taste the famous Serbian cuisine - one of the most delicious on the Balkans.

Il gruppo turistico che ha organizzato il viaggio mi ha detto al telefono che non vanno in Serbia a luglio o agosto.
L'11 giugno io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo fatto la gita a Nis. La nostra guida era Nadia. È stato un viaggio fantastico. Nadia parla fluentemente l'inglese e aveva un sacco di storie. Era anche molto interessata alle nostre vite. Dopo un viaggio di 2 ore e 20 minuti siamo arrivati a Nis e in 2-3 ore siamo riusciti a vedere tutti i punti salienti. Dopo un ottimo pranzo serbo, era ora di tornare a Sofia. È stata una grande esperienza e sicuramente visiterò la Serbia un'altra volta. Raccomanderei questo tour.
