Try out this self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and experience the true spookies in Philadelphia. You will explore across 10 haunted locations while following a supernatural horror story filled with urban legends. At each location, you'll be solving a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on various elements such as monuments, graffiti, and facades. The game is mainly focused around Spring Garden area and includes ghosts, grim crimes, mysterious religious leaders, and dark places that make Philadelphia a sinister city.
Starting from the Edgar Allan Pоe House, the stops are spaced an average of around 350m apart, with each location taking around 9 min to complete. The route also passes through Mural Arts Philadelphia, Eastern State Penitentiary, and Former Spring Garden Station. At every stop, the app unlocks a new chapter and guides people to the next location.
