- Transport: You’ll need a metro ticket valid for Zone 1. Metro travel is not included.
- Group size: We welcome groups of up to 6 people. Larger groups cannot join, even with separate bookings. Please choose a private tour for groups of 7 or more.

We booked three weeks in advance and showed up at the scheduled time and place, but no one showed up—without ANY NOTICE... We had booked a free tour and a paid tour, and NOTHING AT ALL
Miguel was a great guide through the main parts of Barcelona; he also gave good recommendations for the rest of our stay.
We arrived at the meeting place and no one was there. I sent a message, called the phone number several times, and finally someone answered. They didn't know I had paid for the tour and weren't going to show up. They offered me some alternatives, but I already had tickets for other things. I asked for a refund and for them to email me the confirmation; two days later, I’m still waiting. I will never, ever pay for a tour in advance again.
