Amsterdam central station. Opposite of the main entrance is a cafe - Restaurant LOETJE. All guides will have a tiny yellow company flag.

Xenia was super lovely and friendly! The tour was interesting and her way to tell the history of Amsterdam is very catchy! Highly recommend tour!
We went on a tour with Daphne at the beginning of December. She told us a few funny historical details, but couldn't answer a few questions. It was a nice introduction to the city, with few stops and little information overall. The comment that she has only been in Amsterdam herself since January tarnished her credibility somewhat. And we didn't understand what was supposed to be "rude" about the tour. Daphne was super nice, like a walk with a friend.
The tour guide struggled with english and made the tour very hard to follow. Also, the tour didn't meet the expectations. Definitely the reviews don't align with the quality of the tour.
