Jewish Amsterdam: Self Guided Exploration Game &
Walking Tour
Tour-Übersicht
This is a Self Guided (without a guide) exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played through the shadowed alleys of Amsterdam. You will explore 11 different locations while playing as a resistance operative investigating a sealed-off zone under German control. At each location, you'll solve a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on monuments, graffiti, and facades. The route stays in the old quarter, mixing historical facts with whispered stories of wartime survival. Perfect for history buffs, mystery lovers and urban explorers.
Starting from Jewish Museum and the Arsenal, the stops are spaced an average of around 200m apart, with each location taking around 10 min to complete. The route also passes through Mozes en Aäronkerk, Monument Joods Verzet 1940-'45 and Huis van Sant'Egidio. At each location, you'll solve a challenge and receive instructions for the next chapter.
DISCLAIMER: You will explore by yourself using the Questo app on your phone. No physical guide or stranger groups will be involved. The full route covers approximately 2.2 km (1.4 mi) and takes around 1:45h to complete. You can play it any day, at any time. Languages available: EN.
