Great experience. The guide super-prepared and brilliant. The "handsome"???????????????? and kind gondolier
We booked for 09.00 and for the guided tour we arrived at 09.05, we arrived late but they did not do their part to follow the itinerary of the guide and join us. The gondola part we were on time but it was not worth it at all, neither the tour nor anything in general. I do not recommend it.
They call you under the clock but they wait for you on the other side of the square, and they don't call or contact you to let you know about anything, or to confirm your attendance when you don't arrive, when I was half an hour before at the meeting point indicated in the tour confirmation information. We almost missed it. Very bad that part, otherwise, very good tour.
Very interesting and recommendable, Cristina, the guide, very kind, giving excellent explanations. Tour of somewhat different places.
We saw nobody there. I want my money back
