Our guide did not show up. We contacted the organization and 40 minutes later they sent us another one. Very endearing but with very little preparation. He limited himself to giving historical dates and reading the signs on the buildings. We would have liked to know more about the general culture of Antigua and Guatemala.

I would never book with guate tours again. We booked a tour for my mom (3 people total) and arranged our itinerary around it. 2 of us had last minute issues and couldn’t arrive on time, but my mom was there early. They called me “dumb” in Spanish via WhatsApp and they were extremely rude to my mom and left her without the tour. We would have paid the full price of 3 people, but they were so agitated they wouldn’t even discuss. Personally I don’t think this organization is compatible with the tourism industry. I recommend booking through guruwalk with other agencies. Klaudia G was great. Don’t waste your valuable time with an organization that will be condescending if they don’t get what they want.
