We did our day trip with Sarah. She was a very nice guide and, as we were a small group (around 20 people), we were able to make the best use of the time. She gave us a lot of information during the bus trip and some at the lakes. It's a good trip to book if you want to avoid complications and if you want to meet new people and have fun! You also have some photo opportunities even though most of the time is spent walking and exploring the place.
We had an early start to the day, which was necessary given the distance we had to travel. We had a great day and Marco kept our interest alive providing lots of historical information. He maintained a good pace through the park and kept us all together. He was always present and available, especially to take our pictures. Not sure how he kept us all together but well done!
The tour guide, Marko, was exceptional in information, organization and interaction with people. The lakes and waterfalls are incredible. I just wish I had booked directly with the company that did the tour.
I enjoyed so much the excursion, the guide was really cool and all the information and context really complete. I will absolutely recommend it.
