Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, but within 1 min to the bars and beach, the guesthouse is well situated and close to 3 big, shopping malls, with shops, aircon and cinemas. 2 min stroll down to the beach. The Siam Guest House is a very modest guest house and our primary purpose is to cater to the budget person to and to assure our guest of a convenient and contented stay for those traveling to Pattaya on a relative modest budget.

Directions

Directions: take central road until you arrive at the Porpoise Circle – you will see the Dusit Resort in front of you- continue straight to Beach Road. Stay on Beach Road until you see Soi 12 on your left; turn left on to Soi 12; continue on Soi 12 to 2nd Road (to the 1st main road); turn left on to 2nd road and move quickly to the right lane- on your right you will see APEX Hotel, Ice Inn and then Soi 12; turn right on to Soi 12 and you will see The Siam Guest House with a pink sign. (for your information due to the one-way on Beach Rd and the one way on 2nd road- this makes Soi 12 not a complete through fare road, so there are two Soi 12's).

Policies

- Any cancellation received within 3 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge (March 1st to October 31st).
- Any cancellation received within 14 days/prior to arrival will incur the full period -100%- charge (Peak Season November 1st to February 28th).
- Cancellation fee on your arrival or early departure is fifty percent of your reservation.
- Failure to arrive at the Siam Guest House will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the full period charge.
- For refund process, we will deduct 10% of amount for credit card and admin fee.
