Transportation from Chiang Mai Airport to Ray Hostel
-Chiang Mai Smart Bus (Exit 1)
- Route R3 (Red) – The Airport Loop; it begins and ends at Chiang Mai International Airport. It goes the “clockwise” direction. Get off at Nimman 2 Station, walk across the street to alley 5 (Soi 5), then go straight for 100 meters, Ray Hostel is situated on your left-hand side.
- The bus starts its round at 06.00 am to 23.30 pm and will come at intervals no longer than 20 minutes.
-It is priced at 20 baht for a ride regardless the distance.
- Public transportation from Arcade bus station by RTC city bus No.B1 or red car taxi.
- Public transportation from railway station by red car taxi

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type.

Refundable damage deposit
A THB200 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

Property Policies & Conditions :
1. Check-in Time: from 2.00 p.m.
2. Check-out Time: before 11:00 a.m.
- Extension requests should be made before 08:00 a.m. and depends on room availability, it also has a late check-out 50 baht per hours
3.Deposit key card and towel 200 baht.
4.Age Restriction: The guests must be 18 - 50 years old of age.
5. Payment: Cash (Thai Baht) and credit card (Visa and Master) only upon arrival
6. Visitors: no outside guests allowed in the dorms.
7. Self-served breakfast is from 08:00 to 10.00 a.m.
8. No curfew but we kindly ask your cooperation to respect the common rights of your fellows including loud talking, personal items, simple rules at our HAUS and personal space.
9. Respect your neighbors and fellow travelers by lowering your voice after 10.00 p.m.
10. No smoking.
11. Keep clean communal area.
